Bob cut blonde hair
Soft features, innocent, little smile, but endearing eyes
Wears a GREY SHORT SLEEVED top and GREY trousers.
Entire person has blue tint/glow with intermittent blue lines crossing over her.
She appears when and where she can from within the Hidden Station.
She controls The Caretaker

Something i see alot in your work, you need to use slightly lighter light source colours, and darker shadow colours. your images look flat because they lack form. you just need to do these two things and BAM itll be sick.
