Body Type: Big and strong like a strong man competition competitor and very tall and bear-like. Extremely muscular with big hands. Both his arms are covered in traditional Asian style dragon tattoos. 
Clothing style: Wai Shun wears overall jeans, no shirt and wears three metal rings on each wrist. He wears a huge barrel filled with water on his back slung over with shoulder strap connected to thick belt. He also wears a head band.
Fighting Style: Street fighting. He has uber strength and stamina.
Descriptions: Wai Shun is a junk boat mechanic and fisherman. He loves to fish. Wai Shun was fishing one day in the Aberdeen Harbor and caught himself a big fat grouper. While preparing his dinner he found a blue fragment inside of it and thought to keep it as a lucky stone so he put it in his pocket. One day he was out fishing far from port and a storm was brewing. The motor failed on his junk yacht and he was trying to start it back up. The storm came quickly and next thing you know Wai Shun was tossed into the water. He was drowning but at that moment the blue stone came out of his pocket and started glowing. Lightning struck him as he reached for it. This caused the blue stone, which was actually a blue cosmic star fragment to fuse with him. Somehow it saves his life. He found that ever since that day, he is able to manipulate the water around him even taking it from the ground or the air itself. This is why he carries a huge barrel of water around. He can use that water to fight with or store fish.
Special Moves:
Geyser Smash - Wai Shun smashes the ground with the palm of his hands and huge gush of water erupts from beneath the opponent.
Octo Grab – Wai Shun creates tentacles with water and lashes towards opponent snatching them and then pulling them towards him. He can uppercut them or perform a throw or smash attack afterwards.
Surge Slam (grab) – Wai Shun grabs opponent lifting them up while another huge hand made of water takes the opponent and smashes them back down.

Celestial Finish Moves:
Grand Geyser – (close range attacks upwards) - Wai Shun creates huge hands with water and uses the palms to smash the ground creating a huge Geyser Smash upwards into the air.
Tsui Long Tidal Wave – (close range grab) - Wai shun grabs the opponent’s neck with both hands and lifts them up, then he creates a serpent like water dragon that attacks the opponent back and forth in all directions trapping them into a water bubble. Then he gives a final punch attack smashing the opponent bursting the water bubble.
